Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Product Manager with a background in fintech/adtech, preferably with engineering experience. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and beyond. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to deliver products that meet the needs of our customers and drive business growth.
Reports to: VP Engineering
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a product roadmap that aligns with OpenEnvoy’s strategic goals and customer needs.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews to identify opportunities and define product requirements.
- Work closely with engineering teams to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality products that enhance our digital documentation and reconciliation capabilities.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create user-friendly and visually appealing products.
- Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and inform future development.
- Lead product launches, including coordinating with marketing, sales, and support teams to ensure successful product adoption.
- Gather feedback from customers and internal stakeholders to continuously improve our digital capture and reconciliation solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and competitor offerings to ensure OpenEnvoy remains competitive.
- Drive product innovation by experimenting with new technologies and methodologies in digital documentation and financial reconciliation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus.
- 2+ years of experience in product management within the fintech/adtech industry.
- Strong technical background with experience in software development or engineering preferred.
- Proven track record of successfully managing all aspects of a product throughout its lifecycle.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Experience with agile development methodologies and tools.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
