We are expanding our sales team to accelerate our growth in the B2B financial services sector and are looking for a motivated Sales Manager to join us.
Job Overview:
We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Sales Representative with 1-3 years of experience in B2B sales within the financial services sector. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by acquiring new business and managing key client relationships. You will work closely with the marketing and product teams to develop effective sales strategies and deliver compelling value propositions to prospective clients. This position offers a base salary of $75,000 with an On-Target Earnings (OTE) potential of $300,000.
Reports to: Head of Sales
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and expand the customer base within the financial services sector.
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities through a combination of cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients to showcase the benefits of OpenEnvoy's solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders at target organizations.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and lead-generation initiatives.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals and negotiating contracts.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and market feedback to the management team.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to inform sales strategies.
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the financial services sector.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of financial services, digital documentation, or reconciliation solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Highly motivated and self-driven, with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools; experience with [specific CRM, e.g., Salesforce] is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Compensation:
- Base salary of $75,000
- On-Target Earnings (OTE) potential of $300,000, including commission and performance bonuses
